Europe Remembers

The 75th anniversary of the end of World War II provides a moment to honour veterans. The international campaign ‘Europe Remembers’ gives a salute to their sacrifices and inspires people to travel towards Europe in order to remember and experience what happened during the war.

LRE Hiking Trail

The Liberation Route Europe will soon become a actual hiking trail which will follow the footsteps of those who liberated Europe. The Route will become a over 3.500 km remembrance path from London to Berlin.

History through their EYES

An international consortium of six partners is working on a more accessible way to bring the memory of the Second World War towards the younger generation. The consortium led by the Liberation Route Europe Foundation will do so thanks to a series of conferences and a traveling exhibition, telling stories of different kind of perspectives on the war.
